' All Eyes Are The Same '

They're all the same. You may think how you feel and what you go through is your own unique experience, your own doing, unlike others' experiences. You want to believe what is that you think and expect is part of your individuality.

Only it is not.

Culture and customs may change the flavour of one's taste, but the basic concept remains constant throughout societies, the concept of emotional hunger and fulfillment of desires. Men and women throughout ages, throughout demographics, throughout cultures... feel, experience, and think all the same. Patterns do evolve into more educated, more understandable notions, but that is just seasoning to the core food for thought.

Values will be values. Desires will be desires. Sins will be sins. Expectations will be expectations. Emotions will be emotions. Evil will be evil. Goodness will be goodness.

Reactions to a given action may have different colours of expression, but those are similar reactions, everywhere. Different wavelengths tuned differently, creating different colours, doesn't really make for a difference anyway. Waves are the same, only different lengths and ebbs and flows.

Yet societies and civilizations limit themselves to the minor variations in vain, superficial occurrences, and turn them into beliefs, while the similarity of the Core remains hidden to their intellectuals. This core remains the same. This Core is unchangeable. This Core only wears a different set of costume according to the surroundings and conditions, which themselves are just superficial manifestations. Like different clothing for different seasons really does not make one season or its appropriate clothing constant.

All conflicts stem out of this myopic view of variation in the nature of the Core. One society may be experiencing a given variation at any given point in time or space, but that doesn't change the fact that the Core is actually constant. It's like a season will never be a representative of some belief. Heat is unbearable in deserts, but so desirable, at the same time, on the icebergs, and vice versa. Any new religion born in the ice-cold northern hemisphere could project hell as unbearably frozen, but that would never change the concept of Hell itself.

Yes, no matter which eyes of relevant society watch the atmosphere, eyes are the same. Some short-sighted, some far.
