[Think] : Open To Change

To be open to change is to take the lead in changing first.

Contemplation:
The one who is open to change is a leader. He would take up the
responsibility to change himself first instead of waiting for others to
change. Since he is open to change and is able to bring about a change
in himself he inspires others to change too.

Application:
When I think of one situation where I was expecting someone else to
change, I also need to think of one aspect in this situation in which I
can bring about a change in myself. I need to take up the
responsibility of changing this and I would find myself progressing,
thus inspiring others to take the inspiration to change too.
